 2013年7月18日，有關漂浮休閑產品的系列參考標準EN15649于2017年10月1日起標準更新為EN ISO 25649（1-7部分）發布在歐盟官方公報上。EN15649于2017年10月1日起標準更新為EN ISO 25649系列標準協調到2001/95/EC基本安全指令，并于2013年8月7日生效。
