Declaration: Below information is for all applicants reference only and it is just a brief 
of the audit’s introduction which is base on client’s requirements, it is designed for your 
preparation with regard to the audits. It doesn’t mean you just need to provide below 
information for the auditors, auditors may require more documents/information 
according to actual situation during the audit. 
聲明：以下信息供所有申請者參考，這只是基于客戶要求的審核指引概要基于客 ，它是為貴方關于審核 
的準備而設計，并不意味著貴方僅需要為審核員提供以下信息，審核員在審核過程中可根據實際審核 
情況要求審核更多的文件/信息。
1.Audit Type: 審核類型 
a.QMS +COC (focus on QMS part) 質量管理系統+社會責任, 但是主要關注質量管理體系部 
分。 
b.Announced Audit 通知審核
2.Audit Scope: 審核范圍 
Facilities to be accessed 審核廠區范圍 : 
All facilities in the factory to be accessed for quality control, health and safety, environmental issues 
verification. 工廠所有區域的評估，包含質量控制，健康安全，環境等。 
Records to be accessed 審核記錄要求: 
The factory should provide at lease one year records, including working hour/wage records. 
工廠需要提供過于一年的包括工資工時在內的相關記錄
